Refund Policy
Each report is written individually, so our policy is built around production stages.
Before production
Cancel within 6 hours of ordering, or before your report enters production, for a full refund.
After delivery
Delivered reports are non-refundable, but we will correct any factual error in your birth details and re-issue the report free of charge.
Upgrades
Upgrade to a higher plan within 24 hours of ordering and pay only the difference.

Email support@shubhnumbers.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
